What type of photo should I upload?
Upload a clear, well-lit picture where the person’s face is easy to see. A front-facing or slightly angled photo usually works best.
Can I change the number?
Yes. You can enter the desired number and name in the customization form.
When will I get my order?
Artwork is generally complete within 1-2 days, after its completed you will receive an email for approval. Your picture will be mailed to you the day after you approve the design, shortly after that you will also receive your shipping information via email.
Will I see the artwork before its mailed?
Yes. A picture will be emailed to you for approval before the picture is sent to mailed.
Can I request changes?
You may request corrections to details included in your order before it is approved and mailed to you.
